Michael is a renowned Seattle chef who was educated at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and pursued his love of fine food by studying his craft at Le Grenadin in Paris.
After working in Paris and Houston, he relocated to Seattle in 1992 to work beside peers and friends, restaurateurs Kaspar Donier and Ludger Szmania. Michael gained a devoted following during his career as the executive chef in several of Seattle’s favorite restaurants including Ray's and The Pink Door plus Sheraton Hotels and Resorts. Meanwhile, Carolyn brings her extensive business and leadership experience to keep the business thriving and innovative.
