Jan. 18, 2012 (Seattle WA) – In the SZMANAI’S newsletter, Chef/Owner Ludger Szmania offers a new year welcome and prophesy: “I looked a beautifully grilled Rib Steak in the eye as if it was a crystal ball and I have to say our culinary fare future looks delicious.”
He and his wife Julie, now in their 22nd year operating Magnolia’s friendly neighborhood restaurant, have introduced a different promotion for nearly every night of the week. “We want,” Julie Szmania explained, “to continue to offer great value AND great food and service to our customers.”
Here’s the lineup of Great Nights:
Monday through Thursday – “Four to Six” Happy Hour dinners feature comfort food in the form of 3-course dinners for just $20.12. From 4-6 pm, they include the daily fresh soup or salad, a selection of two savory winter entrees, plus dessert. The menu will change weekly, rotating selections like Beef Bourguignon, Stroganoff, German specialties, Seafood Pastas, Pot Pies and more.
Prime Rib Sundays – Perfect family day suppers featuring prime rib from the grill, a full dinner with soup or salad and a choice of sides, priced at $25.00.
Happy Mondays – The “Four to Six” Happy Hour runs all night long, from open to close.
Tuesdays are Club Nights – Groups or organizations who want a place to meet will get BOGO appetizers (buy one, get one free) and 15% off wine, beer and cocktails.
Wine Wednesdays – SZMANIA’S is bringing in many new from around the world, offered at half price while dining, starting at $15.
Friday Fish Specials – Starting Jan. 20, Chef Ludger is bringing back his most popular fish menu items every Friday through Lent, starting with the popular Rare Seared Ahi Tuna on Black Rice Cake with Red Thai Curry Sauce.
